It was a one-two punch. Mother Nature was punch #1. With all the ice across the country, things were at a stand-still. Few offices were fully staffed, and those that had folks dutifully in attendance were too busy to chat. It was in the 20 degree range out in places like Santa Barbara, and the coats were dug out in LALA land. Punch #2 was the MLK holiday, which allowed a lot of folks to sleep late and not take to the cold, icy roads. All this means that the Who’s Where for today is cancelled, due mainly to weather.
