Seattle’s own (is that the name of a coffee brand?) CHRIS GUERRERO is heading back to the west coast. He’ll be taking the Lead News Designer slot at San Francisco’s CBS 5/The CW 44 Cable 12 (KPIX/KBCW-TV). He’s coming from being a Designer at ABC affil WJLA in Washington, DC. He’s got a little time for the move – he starts October 29. Well Dunne!

One of the things I just love about the creative work that comes out of World Wide Wadio is their “take a chance” side. Currently, WWW and John Cleese (yep, the Monty Python guy) both have popular postings on You Tube. Great minds came together to compare Sarah Pallin to…a parrot. So if you’re open to poking fun at the GOP VP contender, click here for WWW and here for Cleese. If not, read on.

Two interesting business books to recommend. THE MYTH OF MULTITASKING (How “Doing It All” Gets Nothing Done) by Dave Crenshaw. Step away from that Blackberry and reclaim a real life. The second tome is TALENT IS OVERRATED: WHAT REALLY SEPARATES WORLD CLASS PERFORMANCE FROM EVERYBODY ELSE by Geoff Colvin.

Think About This: “When we perceive and experience wholeness, we are transformed. We no longer see nature, people, events, problems or ourselves as separate and unconnected.” ~ Stephanie Pace Marshall, PhD
