WDRB FOX41 LOUISVILLE has said Howdy to a Texan. KEVIN OLMSTED is the newest addition to Creative Services at the Block Communications owned station in Derby Town. Kevin comes to the bluegrass state after being a writer/producer at KDBS 4 (CBS) and KVIA 7 (ABC) in El Paso. Quick…anybody know all the words to the famous El Paso song by Marty Robbins? Kevin’s also worked in L’ville at Hearst’s CBS affil, WLKY. I hear Kevin’s won several television group awards and a Lone Star Emmy Award for best news promotion. Cool. Well Dunne! Kevin. And a shout out of thanks to CSD DAVE JEWELL.
