Time to get out the SuperBowl snack menu in anticipation of today’s big game. Yep, got the 3-D goggles for the NBC promo but more importantly, have nailed down a stellar line-up of Creatives who will share their take on the anticipated and expensive commercials. That’s right – people who actually concept, write and produce commercials will weigh in and share which spots they felt hit the mark. You won’t want to miss that. I mean, with $206 million being spent on air time alone, not counting production costs, this is big business indeed. This makes year #5, btw, of promo pros giving out Well Dunne! high-fives. Starts tomorrow.

In anticipation, take a gander at what the WSJ and NYT’s have to say about those SuperBowl spots.

Media no longer controls its own message. This article seems to nail the changes that are making life so, well, interesting.

PLEASE forward this excellent article in the WSJ to any and all. It’s honestly the only way to make sense in today’s business economy. Cut pay, not people. Amen.

Think About This: “If we truly believed that love is eternal, we would heal our relationships rather than kill the perceived enemy. We would eliminate the desire to attack ourselves or anyone else when difficult issues surface. We would understand that unless we heal through love, the same problems will keep reemerging.” ~ Aeeshah Ababio-Clottey & Kokomon Clottey
