Job Alert – WJXT, The Local Station has an immediate opening for a Promotion Producer. We’re looking for a talented producer to help market the #1 Local News Station in Jacksonville. We specialize in creating compelling topical, image campaigns, and commercials; and so should you! Our ideal candidate is a savvy broadcast copywriter and skilled editor, with a keen eye for visuals and graphics. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Qualifications: One to Two years of local television promotion experience preferred. Candidate needs a strong knowledge of marketing, non-linear editing and writing. Expertise in shooting DSLR shooting a plus. A positive, team-first attitude is absolutely essential. Computer skills required, including knowledge of internet, social media and any other viral marketing applications.
