When you follow your bliss, per Joseph Campbell, one finds happiness. So when someone loves TV and works in the business daily, one recognizes someone following their bliss. TIFFANY MIDDLETON is one such TV person, and she’s having an exciting time of it right now. But let’s flash back…starting from the time she was just 16, Tiffany took action about her love of TV and landed at Haverhill Community TV. Haverhill is a picturesque New England town, now a Bostonish suburb, sitting hard on the Mass-NH state line. After studying TV (of course) Tiffany took an entry level slot at NBC affil WHDH in Boston. Official title Production Assistant. From there she discovered and was discovered by the Creative Services department and she morphed into a Pre-Production Coordinator. Next along the way was writer/producer then a switch to CBS’s WBZ in Bean Town as Sr. Writer Producer. She came back to WHDH doing promo magic and was tapped Promotion Manager about 6 years ago. And now she’s been named Creative Services Director. What a great story for a great lady. Lobster rolls all around. Send her a Well Dunne!

After years of team building getaways in which one has had to climb walls, navigate rope bridges, play endless rounds of golf, throw and catch balls of varying sizes….how about a new way to build team spirit for your group? Sur La Table has cooking classes that are very cool and pose less of a risk to your bones. Not getting paid for this, just a valued opinion to help you shake things up in today’s economy while building a team. And it’s rather sophisticated.

Think About This: "Collaboration and reciprocity are natural, and yet in the world we inhabit, competition and the fear of scarcity often block us from seeing these ways of being with one another, In a you-or-me world, reciprocity and collaboration don’t fit. A you-and-me world is full of collaborators, partners, sharing, and reciprocity. In that world, our resources are not only enough; they are infinite, When we bring the practice of collaboration and reciprocity into conscious view in everyday life, a kind of alchemy and prosperity await discovery all around us."  ~  Lynne Twist
