Thanks to those who are using LinkedIn. And a big apology goes out to the talented LAUREN RIDGLEY, who has news to share. Lauren is the new Promo Manager at CBS’ KCNC in Denver. Lauren is in love with the Mile High City, having moved from Seattle. She takes the slot of ED CRONY, who is now CSD in Rochester. Yep, he was written up in a former Well Dunne! Lauren’s info came nearly a month ago and she deserves a big Well Dunne!

TVNewsday has the scoop on the big changes the NBC O&O’s have done to their websites. Click here.

The Denver mint isn’t a flavor at Ben & Jerry’s. They actually minted US currency in Denver and it’s still a golden town, so to speak. Word comes that the CBS station in the Mile High City (referring to height as opposed to mental condition) has brought in a new writer producer. One with a rock star name. MARLO BUFORD crossed the street to take on the creative duties of w/p at KCNC after a run at neighboring ABC affil, KMGH. Marlo is a midwestern guy, hailing from Nebraska. His first TV gig was in his home state at KOLN before he headed to fabulous Austin for a stint at KEYE. From there he headed to market 3, writing a producing at WLS in Chicago. Then he detoured to what sounds like an amazing job at Creative Talent Management Group in 90210 itself, Bev Hills. Now THAT I want to know more about. I’ll have to catch him when he’s not doing that creative thing for CSD ED CUSHING. Well Dunne! Marlo.

Spring is in the air, and that means Spring Break is at hand. Want you to enjoy the blooms and the fresh air as much as possible, which is what I shall be doing as well. Check back after the long weekend and we’ll see what transpired in the interim.

Also, check this out all you writers. HOW cool is it? Yeah, I think so too.

Think About This: “When we find ourselves looking at the world and saying, ‘There’s nothing out there for me,’ we should probably also look into our hearts and ask, ‘If there’s nothing out there, is there anything in here?’ We need to examine our inner dialogue to discover where we might be blocking the conscious energy flow, then remove the ego, step out of the way, and let the fire of the soul shine through us.” ~ Deepak Chopra
