Sorry for the delay in getting the posts up. Seems there was a technical glitch and now it’s all fixed. The wonderful BRANDON ANJELENO is the IT Go-To Guy. He’s also a great voice who is signed with Well Dunne!
Isn’t this the prettiest name – LACY LeVASSEUR. She’s the newest member of the Creative Services Team at WISN, Hearst’s ABC affil in Milwaukee. Her official first day was December 27, and she’s been freelancing for CSD LAUREN RIDGLEY since October. Lacy is coming from Palm Springs, CA where she was Sr. Producer at KESQ, the ABC affiliate in the high desert. Yeah, there is definitely a difference in climate, but fear not. Lacy attended school at Michigan State where she played NCAA Women’s Softball. While in Michigan she also interned in the Creative Services Department of FOX Detroit, WJBK, writing topicals and learning her way around a newsroom. And keeping warm in the winter months. She’s a winner and will love writing and producing for the lovely Lauren. Well Dunne! Lacy.
WPHL in Philly is looking for a Creative Services coordinator. Yeah, it’s all on the website.
You sitting in a comfortable spot, feeling pretty good? Got a little extra cash that can go to a VERY good cause? Then click here and help out a super photog who had a horrible thing happen.
Show of hands…anyone here been to Lithuania? I have to Google it myself, but for those who are in the know, you can now carry the scent of the country with you in the form of a new perfume. Imagine the possibilities for some of your favorite (or the shrill of the unfavorite) places that might follow suit. Eau de East St. Louis?
Of course you want to read an article entitled How To Sell Like A Porn Star.

Saturday night’s Writers Guild honors had a Television Graphic Animation categoryh, and the Guild chose the folks at CBS News with Katie Couric for their work on “Hudson Splashdown”. FX is premiering a new series called Justified. The yummy TIMOTHY OLYPHANT takes the lead based on an Elmore Leonard character. FX called on LA-based The Arsenal for the promo campaign. The Director-Designers of the spot went to the Cher School of names-Onesize, which is the talented duo of KASPER VERWEIJ and ROGIER HENDRICKS. The Arsenal has done some very cool promos for FX’s Nip/Tuck and Dirt, too. Here’s a link to the Justified spot.
Uber super talented JOEY CAMEN (he’s Well Dunne! you know) recently sent this along: "a link to an online interview I did for an English website for Sam and Max. That’s a game I’ve provided voices for, for 2 seasons. It’s pretty cool, they didn’t censor me and I got to use a bunch of nasty British slang that I love." Here’s the link.
Think About This: "The outer path we take is public knowledge, but the path with heart is an inner one. The two come together when who we are that is seen in the world coincides with who we deeply are. As we grow wiser, we become aware that the important forks in the road are usually not about choices that will show up on any public record; they are decisions and struggles to do with choosing love or fear; anger or forgiveness; pride or humility. They are soul-shaping choices." ~ Jean Shinoda Bolen

SCOTT WEBER, who calls south Jersey his hometown, is happily sitting under the palms in the Tampa St. Pete market (on the St. Pete side actually) doing his videophotog thing and editing thing at Hearst’s WMOR. Lensing (as they call it in LA) runs in the family – his wife is a photojournalist at WTSP in the same market. Cool. Scott, who was out of the biz for a bit and was doing oil trading in Palm Beach (you may make that “oy” face now) is happy to be back at the creative game under CSD DAVE LAWRENCE. Shout out to WMOR’s fab Sales Manager, ROY TYMM. Well Dunne! Scott. Now back to your Avid.
OK, so it should NOT be a big surprise to anybody who has ever shopped with my friend SUE RAYMER and me, but a new study from NBCU shows woman are buying more big ticket items and we’re really quite good at finding the right thing. Duh.
31 days of Halloween and a twizzler and a TV series on a cable net. What do they have in common?
Think About This: "To find truth you must experience it in your soul. You can read hundreds of books, or study the religions of all time, and find that all of them have one common point, one common denominator: and this is love-which is another word for light or soul illumination. To realize this soul illumination you have to shut away the clamor of the lower mind, to become humble, very simple." ~ White Eagle
