The new head honcho of marketing for NBC is Showtime’s former marketing guru, LEN FOGGE. After 15 years at the cable net, Len is stepping into the official title of NBC Entertainment Marketing President, a shorter title than what he had at Showtime, which was Executive Vice President, Creative, Marketing, Research & Digital Media, Showtime Networks Inc. Whew! Len has a background with agencies before his long and impressive tenure at Showtime and is the immediate past Chairman of CTAM’s Board. Gotta love a guy who went to school with the Jesuits – holds a degree from St. Peter’s College. Well Dunne! Len.
OK, so over at Showtime, we have changes. FRANK PINTAURO and DONALD BUCKLEY are now co-heads of the SNI creative operation, The Red Group, which was named best In-house Agency by PROMAX, btw. Both Frank and Donald are now EVP’s too. Donald has a background at Warner Bros, where he co-founded Warner Bros online among other cool things. Well Dunne! Frank and Donald!
Also, Showtime has promoted SHARON ALLEN to SVP of Program Marketing and Advertising. Sharon is an active member of WICT and is a real go-getter. The UCLA grad is active in CTAM as well. Well Dunne! Sharon!

If there’s somebody smarter about TV research than CBS’ DAVID POLTRACK, I don’t know who they are. Gotta take the time to read the latest from him and you’ll be up to date on consumer – product relationships.
Great little do-able stress relievers (not that you need them…) in a story called ‘how to stop stress in 60 seconds or less’ and it does not involve a gun.
Finally, a nice guideline for Internet Café Etiquette
