Midland, TX is home to more than oil wells. It’s now home to JEREMY STEEL, who is the Promotion Manager at ABC affil KMID. The area is called the Permian Basin and Midland boasts an impressive skyline for the size of the town. Odessa is right next door and they have a huge jackrabbit statue there, which makes for lots of fun photos. Jeremy is used to moving around – he grew up an Air Force brat, as they say. Born in Alaska, he moved to Hawaii (to thaw out?) and has lived in the Midwest as well. He’s one of those guys who really knows broadcast equipment and in today’s world, that’s a plus. He’s worked at an ad agency and did production for the aforementioned  Air Force. Jeremy is adding Midland to his list of Texas cities, which include Austin. Well Dunne! Jeremy!

MARC MORRISTON has a great creative eye and is top notch when it comes to marketing strategy. Which one of you are going to be the smart ones to put him to work doing TV promo for you?

Madison Avenue is finally (FINALLY) giving PR the respect it deserves.

Dora the Explorer doesn’t look a day over 6, but she’s celebrated 10 years of being on TV. Helping that celebration was yU+co, the Hollywood, Shanghai, Hong Kong based graphics group who created a Wizard of Oz-themed motion graphic start for anniversary movie. It aired mid-August on Nickelodeon. Well Dunne!
