Those in the know recognize High Point, NC as the furniture capital of the world, even with Ikea and China doing their best to end it all. High Point is part of the Greensboro Winston-Salem TV market in North Carolina and is where STUART SMITH has been heading up the creative efforts for WGPH, the Tribune owned FOX affiliate since March. He learned about broadcasting at the University of Wisconsin Stephens Point and got his first TV job at WAOW in Wausau. His next stop was at WTSP in St Pete where he was Writer Producer then he hit The Big Easy as Assistant Creative Services Director at WDSU.
