Augusta, Georgia is home to more than just the Masters golf course. It’s where JOSH BOUTWELL is now living and working in his new gig as Marketing Manager of Raycom’s FOX affil WFXG. The Eastman, GA native had been working at another Raycom affiliate, WFXL in Albany before heading to his new job. He’s also done marketing for the South Georgia Peanuts Baseball club. Of course he’s an Atlanta Braves fan…he grew up watching Dale Murphy. A great big Well Dunne! Josh.
SHANNON POWELL, the super fun lady that Josh replaced in Augusta, has a new endeavor that sounds terrific. She’s the Marketing Manager at Augusta Harley-Davidson. I bet she’ a big fan of Sons of Anarchy, too. Well Dunne!

Very good article on the future of broadcast TV from the perspective of how Aero and Hopper have changed the basics.
Think About This: "Stop trying to be ordinary. There is nothing special or desirable about being ordinary. In fact, it is totally unacceptable. You are an extra-ordinary being who must go into motion, into movement so that you will draw to yourself the equivalent of yourself. You have become an energy field that magnetically draws you to that which you are." ~ Jack Boland
SHANNON POWELL didn’t’ go very far to find her new office…it’s in the same beautiful town of Augusta, GA; she’s just leaving her Marketing director slot at Gray’s CBS affil WRDW to become Marketing Director at Raycom’s FOX affil WFXG. The University of Florida grad hasn’t just done cool jobs at WSB and WXIA in Atlanta. She’s a master chocolatier. That’s right – the lady is an expert at truffles and even went to school to know everything chocolate-y. To say this is a sweet lady is, well, too cliché. But c’est vrais! Well Dunne! Shannon.
Another cool lady has a new job and hasn’t had to travel far to report for duty. LARA RICHARDSON is now the SVP of Marketing – Creative for Discovery Channel. She’s been the VP of Creative for TLC, one of the Discovery channels, where she was at one time a Supervising Producer for TLC/Discovery Home Channel. Other creative stops along the way include Creative Director slot for History Channel and History International, Director of On-Air Promotions for USA Broadcasting, a Senior Writer Producer slot at Oxygen. She began her career in Lubbock, TX at the Fox affiliate as a Promo Coordinator. Impressive Lara. Well Dunne!
Congrats to Well Dunne! Talent’s NIKKI STANZIONE on becoming an Aunt. The new little type is going to grow up to be as pretty as her Aunt.
