This coming March 17th is going to be more than just St. Patrick’s Day for two muy-talented promo guys. It’s the day that PAUL FEY and WALT JASCHEK, once known as Paul & Walt Worldwide, get inducted into the St. Louis Media Hall of Fame. Paul is now President and COO of LA-based World Wide Wadio (one of the best and favorite names ever) and Walt is now writing and consulting, again with a great name, i.e. Walt Now Consulting. Yes, he’s also teaching at Webster U. The two of them had their roots in the Gateway Arch city where Paul was Ad Manager for KMOX TV (now KMOV). Their work is noted for the humor, the wittiness and the clever turn of a phrase heard on radios everywhere for such clients as CBS Network, NBC Network, Warners, King World and one time St. Louis favorite Budweiser, among others. Nothing more fun than giving hometown talent a big Well Dunne! Way to go Paul and Walt!

Big news from BIGSMACKtv, the Philly based creative services agency for the broadcast world. They’ve added three to their team and promoted two. Adding Executive to the producer title are KELLY DIALS and HEIDI FREDERICK ERNEY. Coming aboard are NY-based director/DP MANUEL MIRANDA who has worked on campaigns for Victoria’s Secret and Macy’s, cinematographer JEFFREY PHILLIPS, and stylized director SCOTT WHITHAM.
