Michigan has always meant summer. My Aunt Jean would load up the station wagon, load up all the kids and off we’d go for an adventure. Including exploring the UP, which Michigan folks know as the Upper Peninsula. WLUC is the Fox and NBC affil in them parts. They just had some changes on the creative side of their biz. Retiring after a 38-year career is SCOTT ZERBEL. A Marquette native, he was going to use WLUC as his first job, but as time would have it, he stayed, touching every department in the building. He wrangled the Canathon, which over the years raised over 4.5 million pounds of food. He’s trading creative services for sharpening up his golf game.
Taking his place is TONY STAGLIANO. He’s getting a boost up the ladder from being Promotion Director and Ops Manager. Both of you UPers get a big Well Dunne!

Think About This: “Being humble means recognizing that we are not on the earth to see how important we can become, but to see how much difference we can make in the lives of others.” ~ G. Hinckley
