Retirement. That’s a word that for many evokes pictures of rocking chairs, walkers, golf carts, ugly clothes, Grsndma Walton and knitting. Au contraire. In today’s world, retirement is really Act 2 of the American life. Maybe even Act 3. It’s freedom in so many ways. Lovely CSD ANNA GIZA is going to step away from her lengthy career in TV and do the retirement thing. Hate to see her go. Hate to see any of the solid TV marketing people step away just when their expertise is sorely needed. Anna spent a tad more than 44 years at WWLP, the Nexstar NBC affiliate in Springfield, Massachusetts. That’s solid. Very Well Dunne! Anna. TV and TV folks are going to miss you.
