CIL FRAZIER was a Tennessee lady above all. Her full name was Elizabeth Humpston Frazier. A fierce marketing person who kept WSOC #1 in Charlotte. Other stations where she brought marketing expertise to bear include WIAT in Birmingham,  WJBF in Augusta, WVEC in Norfolk, and WVTM in Birmingham. A woman who discovered painting and delighted in each canvas. She was kind and funny and she is now with the angels. We must do more to eradicate cancer…it is taking too many away from us, leaving too many echoes where laughter should be. So sorry to hear she is gone.
