Former WCNC News Director turned WLTX GM CARRIE HOFMANN is pivoting to a new role as President and CEO of a non-profit in Greenwood, SC, which is about 80 miles west of Columbia, SC, where she has helmed WLTX. Heading The Greenwood Promise means Carrie will be in charge of funding college costs for Greenwood students. A Noble endeavor. She’s an ASU grad who has done Assignment Editor work in Phoenix, ND work at KSHB in KC and will use all those skills to helm the important organization. Well Dunne! Carrie.

NATHAN WHITE who has been in the TV marketing game for quite a bit is exiting that market segment and taking on a new role. He’s been CSD in Des Moines at KCCI, the Hearst-owned CBS affil in Iowa’s capital but will soon become ….he isn’t saying yet. He’s been a Hearst guy having worked at WKLY in Louisville.
