JIM HAYS is headed to Ohio to head up the CSD slot at WOIO. Cleveland will be a LOT less humid and definitely cooler, so that’s a great thing. He’s been the CSD at legendary WIS TV in South Carolina’s capital. Kudos to Gray for keeping good people in the company and for promoting creative people to manage stations, as they did with former WOIO’s ROB BONEAU who now leads KOLD in Tucson. Well Dunne! Jim.
