Talked with the lovely MELISSE MARKS, who is going to spend so much time with her beloved dog because she is walking away from her slot as Director of Creative Services at ABC affil WCPO in CInncy. She’s been there over 10 years and, with the Scripps reorganization, it felt like the right time to explore the world of non-TV events, although TV promo was the best and most fun job ever. Amen sista! Ms. Melisse has spent most of her TV career, which also includes radio, in the Midwest, starting with her diploma from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She has worked leading marketing teams for WEHT in Evansville and CR Broadcasting in Jackson, Tennessee. Her radio side saw her be Account Exec, then Sales Manager, then GM at WTAO in Carbondale. A lovely, caring lady, she is and will continue to be Well Dunne!
