Buffalo is such an interesting town. Home to Niagara Falls, it’s also home to the stunning Frank Lloyd Wright Martin House complex. It doesn’t get the attention that Falling Water does or Arizona’s Taliesin West, which is a shame. Martin’s House is a real study in his vision. Buffalo sits hard on Lake Erie, and you can see Canada from your house. It’s also the hometown of SHERRY BURNS, who has been named the Creative Services Director of Nexstar’s duop WIVB/WNLO, CBS and CW affils.  Talk about knowing the market! She’s artistic as one can be and holds BAs in Arts and Graphic Design from University of Buffalo and State U of NY College at Buffalo. She got her first TV job in town at WGRZ and was there quite a long time as Art Director and Promo Producer. She was then offered the Sr Promo Producer slot at WKBW, the Scripps ABC affil. WIVB is her first CSD slot and started just this Monday. A lady with a passion for photography, local music, and local businesses, she seems very thrilled with this new adventure.
