OK, so things are totally crazy. You know this. But it’s good to hear it again, in case all the craziness has caused you to forget. SAG AFTRA is striking so that leaves a ton of questions perhaps. SAG/AFTRA Chicago’s Paula Weinbaum in their office says VO folks are not, by and large, going to be impacted. So there’s that. Questions remain, like will there be any new content for networks and their affiliates? Or streaming? Perhaps one of the questions should be ‘what is fair compensation for the top tier of things’. Onward through the fog.  

SCAD, Savannah College of Art and Design, is absolutely a top-notch place to study. Haven’t met a grad from there who is anything but impressive. A few months back, WXIA’s Marketing Director WES RODDA picked out a SCAD grad (lovely rhyme) to add to his marketing team. Smart move, Wes. WXIA welcomed KONNER MICHEL who loves running camera and has for several PRODCOS. Atlanta TV will be the better for him. Well Dunne Konner.
