See the trend in the postings the last few weeks? The trend is seeing Creative Services Directors (and all the many various names of this role) getting tapped to lead entire stations. Yes! Nobody really deals with all the people and functions of an operation the way the CSDs do. And frankly, the outgoing personality types that are in creative roles seem to know how to deal with people on a terrific level. Such is the case with ROBERT DWYER, who is taking the GM office at KCEN and KAGS, NBC affils in Temple and College Station, Texas. He’s been the Marketing Director in Charlotte for WCNC as well as in Greenville, SC at WHNS and Orlando’s WOFL. Also did creative at The Golf Channel. The Ferris State grad (that’s in Michigan) is going to be one to watch in his leadership role. Well Dunne! Rob.
