Every now and then, you cross paths with  someone and there’s a nice bond from the get-go. You can meet in person, or online, but the connection is there. It’s rather magical and always welcome. Such is the case with J.R. VANWASSENHOVE, a most talented TV producer, marketer and all-round good guy. J.R. wrote so elegantly and with such heart about this family, especially his father. His words were very moving; his talent was obvious. He’s a Full Sail grad who is equally at home with words, images, and machines. He’s worn many hats for many creative companies, including Fox Sports out of Atlanta, WXIA in Atlanta, WBNS in Columbus  (he’s an Ohio guy) WLWT in Cincy and WKMG in Orlando. He jumped to WFTV working with RON DEJOSEPH as a Sr. Writer Producer. Now he’s heading even further south to take the job of Multi Platform Marketing Director for MONICA KIRKLAND AT CBS’ WFOR. Miami will be all the hotter for his presence. A huge Well Dunne! J.R.
