Nothing like a promotion to give you a feeling of achievement. MONICA KIRKLAND has new responsibilities down Miami way with her elevation to Creative Services Director title at ViacomCBS’s owned and operated stations, WFOR and WBFS. She’s been Promotion Manager and before that she wrote and produced. South Florida is her home and she’s been lucky enough to work there at both NBC6 as a promo producer and then working up the ladder at CBS.
