This isn’t one of the happy-snappy posts today. It’s a goodbye to an extremely talented promo writer producer who perished in a car crash on the 5 in Sacramento. CHRIS KING was such a talented man. He had a remarkable run as Sr. Promo Producer at Hearst’s KCRA. At heart he was a filmmaker and his Watermark Films kept him busy. He was the creative behind films that racked up all the best awards and were recognized at festivals across the country. Take a look at the list and watch them yourself. He was at Fox affil KTXL in Cali’s capital doing promo but the most interesting job he had was with Wheel of Fortune/Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City where he was Senior Research Coordinator and Puzzle Writer. Totally cool. Chris will be terribly missed. Such a loss. Hope he has peace.
Congrats to Well Dunne! voice talent KELLY PIDGEON, whose daughter is receiving her master’s degree. Great news KP.
