While that nasty hurricane makes its way up the east coast, let’s turn our sites to a southern market where the wind and rain haven’t barged in. In Greenville, South Carolina, not the city of the same name in North Carolina (yeah, it reminds us of all those Peachtrees in Atlanta) the FOX station has a new Creative lead, and he’s absolutely thrilled to be in a city that he and his wife have had their sights on long before TV took them other places. WHNS, owned by Meredith has welcomed DAVID MOTT, who left legendary WJXT in Jacksonville before Dorian chose to be a bully. David is one of those people that makes you laugh and his sense of humor is a refreshing change of pace (people…we need to lighten up!). He was the #2 in the department in J-town behind CSD SHERRY CARPENTER, who just celebrated her birthday. He’s done promo at WVNS in West Virginia and will no doubt enjoy his time at the station one can see so easily see while motoring on I-85. Well Dunne! David.
