The delightful PAM BAUMANN has a big day this Thursday, June 17. She’ll zoom a champagne happy hour with her team at Detroit’s WWJ/WKBD then begin a new life chapter. “I love my job and the people I work with,” she said. “But I’m going to walk through the door and have a new adventure, even though I’ll miss them all.” Pam is going to retire from the CBS O&O station to spend time at the most lovely place in Michigan…on the water and next to a lighthouse and trail head. “First, I’m going to enjoy summer…enjoy the water, boating, walking Piper (her rescue) …just be outside in nature.” The Wisconsin native is a major fan of Michigan. Her TV marketing career has found her doing her magic in Sacramento, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and Detroit. Married to former station promo pro and Stephen Arnold Music guy DAVE BAUMANN, the pair will be keeping up with us via all the modern technologies. And that’s a very good thing.
