But companies that recognize their own talent and help those employees get ahead, well it’s very important. Well Dunne you, as they say across the Pond. One such company promotion is Micah Floyd. The lovely TRACY OLIVER has tapped MICAH FLOYD to be her Assistant Creative Services Director at WTAE, ABC in Pittsburgh. The Indiana U Bloomington grad took his BA in Radio and TV and has put his mark on marketing as CSD at KFSN in Fresno, WTXF in Philly, WCVB in Boston, and as his latest gig as ACSD at KOCO in Oklahoma City. Yes, KOCO is Hearst and that’s where the promotion comes in . Pittsburgh has the most amazing talent going for it. And this is yet another. Well Dunne! Micah.

Is it leaving the business when you switch from TV to radio? I say no…it’s just the same song in a different key. NADIA COWART has slipped away from her Marketing Director slot at KBMT in Beaumont to take the Digital Sales Manager slot at Cumulus in Beaumont and Port Arthur. It’s a return to Cumulus where she once was Promotions Manager for the radio group. KBMT is an ABC affil.
