Why does WFTS CSD (actually Director of Multimedia Marketing) DENNIS ELSBURY have a rare opening at his shop down in Tampa? Because he’s losing a great guy to market #3. Heading north to the Windy City is JIM HILL, who will be checking in at FOX there, WFLD. Jim has been Senior Writer Producer for the marketing efforts of the Scripps ABC. Jim is going to be ‘home’ in Chicago and nearer family. Yeah, that’s always the best. The SIU-Carbondale grad hones his marketing chops at WTWO in Terre Haute as well as WTMJ in Milwaukee. I wonder if he’s a Cubs or Sox fan….we’ll find out. Big Well Dunne! Jim.

Think About This: “When you plant lettuce, if it does not grow well, you do not blame the lettuce. You look for reasons it is not doing well. It may need fertilizer, or more water, or less sun. You never blame the lettuce. Yet, it we have problems with our friends or family, we blame the other person. But if we know how to take care of them, they will grow well, like the lettuce. Blaming has no positive at all, nor does trying to persuade using reason and argument. That is my experience. No blame, no reasoning, no argument, just understanding. If you understand, an dyou show that you understand, you can love, and the situation will change.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh
