Some of you don’t believe in things like auras…don’t sense the light that emanates from the very core of some people. But for those of us who see…no, who sense that inner light, it’s as natural and wonderful as all the rest of the planet’s gifts. One such light-filled being is EDDIE GOMEZ. Eddie calls LA home, and got his first TV job in the Sunshine State…he was Commercial Producer at KERO/KZKC, the then McGraw Hill ABC and TV Azteca in Bakersfield. From there, he headed east to Baltimore where he produced promos at WMAR, Scripps’ ABC affil – winning some mighty nice awards for his efforts. Back in LA, he freelanced and spoke to students, noting that encouraging young minds is better than chocolate. Now, he’s found the ideal locale in Kansas City, where he’ll soon start as Senior Promotion Producer at Hearst’s ABC KMBC. Yes, besides the promo work, he’ll also continue to give his time and encouragement to the next generation in his new city. Did you know he’s inspired some to enter the world of entertainment? A very special and heartfelt Well Dunne! Eddie.
