She’s coming over from being Global Director, Retail Marketing & Brand Activiation of STAINMASTER, the carpet folks. She’s been Senior Director of Brand Strategy and Marketing Services at Mizuno USA, which makes sports equipment and she’s also been Director of Marketing, Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh Divisions of Disney Consumer Producets. Great business card that. Ms. Lisa has her BS in Econ from Wharton and an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern. Well Dunne! Lisa.

It just seems very unsettling that quite a few newsroom personnel do not know who handles promotions or marketing at local stations. Seriously, this is just sad. And it makes the news departments seem pretty out of touch. Does this apply to your operation? You sure?
