Returning to a place that you love is SO holiday, right? It must be great fun for NOELLE FREDERICKSON (whose name fits in with the holiday narrative) who has taken the Promotin Manager slot at WBTV, CBS  in Charlotte. She’s been in the Queen City at Cox’s ABC affil WSOC handling Promotion Manager chores as well a Retail Services Manager. The Michigan State grad has worked in the promo world in West  Palm Beach, Fox Sports in Sunrise, FL, WPBF, WSVN (twice – just recently as Creative Group Manager in Nashville).
