What has been critical in crawling out of the Covid hole? Really happy news – way more happy than a new gig. So that means…a new baby! YES indeed that is the best news and it’s why we’re so thrilled for ROBBY THOMAS and his amazing wife on the news of their first son! Robby is, of course, former promo pro now GM, helming WTVY in Dothan. From the looks of this adorable little one, he’s healthy, handsome and embarking on a journey that will be unique and exciting. Over in Atlanta (seems our news is out of the SE today) comes word that the CBS affil has chosen JOSH MOREY to head up their marketing / creative efforts. WGCL seems to be rebuilding itself in all ways, and Josh is the guy who can handle the ‘tell ‘em about us’ area. He’s coming over from WBRC in Birmingham. (More SE). He’s also headed up marketing for WALB in Albany and WSFA in Montgomery. Need I add he’s a Georgia Bulldog? He and Robby should be best mates. Well Dunne! Josh.
