With that wonderful Tuesday holiday, the days are very jumbled. But TGIF it is, and it’s a good time to catch up with some folks who got new slots. Up at KXII in Sherman Ardmore (talk about being on the Red River – where TX and OKLA meet) graphics pro COREY FUGATE is now helming the creative efforts of the CSB affil. He’s been in the market at KTEN so he’s got a bead on the viewers of this North Texas Gray outlet.

Nobody can take the place of the marvelously talented TINA VEON at KDKA in Pittsburgh, but TOM SCHNEIDER has been given the title.  Meanwhile Tina is VP Group Creative Director for the CBS News and Stations. Well Dunne! Tina.

Word keeps reaching me about stations rethinking their personnel structures. Lots of good people are finding themselves in need of a job, so remember them when you need anyone. Yes, feel free to pass this along to your GM and ND.
