Louisville, you know…the place where they do that fun horse race every year this time – is famous for more than that horse race. The city makes a dish whose identity is all theirs – the Hot Brown. A Turkey sandwich with bacon (always an excellent choice) and mornay sauce, it has been on menus since the 20’s and is very delicious. Add a slice of Derby Pie from Prospect, just a bit upriver from The Ville, and you are experiencing the true city experience. But wait, there’s more. Louisville is home to NICKI BELCHER, the newly named Marketing Director of WHAS, ABC. How did an Oklahoma State grad find her way so far east? Via Houston actually. Ms. Nicki began her career in OKC at KFOR producing promos before heading to Houston where she worked in several positions at KHOU, CBS. She was Brand Manager there before  getting tapped to sit in the big chair for parent company Tegna. She learned from the best in Houston and a big Well Dunne! Nicki is in order.
