Yes, the point of this posting, as it has been for years, is to share changes within the entertainment marketing world. But lately, it’s been such extremely fast changes, it’s hard to stay in the loop. So be patient if you’ve shared news…and actually answer the phone when a detail might need clarification. Carry on.

Another long time creative has closed the door to her office and exited the building is out in Portland, Oregon. BRENDA BURATTI worked at (now) TEGNA’s KGW for nearly 23 years, as Director of Marketing and Communications and before that Director of Television Product. It was quite an amazing run; her work always stood out as did her community outreach to the folks in the pacific northwest. She even taught while heading up creative for the NBC affil at University of Oregon, Oregon Health and Science University and Portland Community College. She earned her Masters from Univ of Oregon and has a Bachelors in Comm Arts from University of Wisconsin in Madison. Retirment? Yes, but no. She’s got some plans afoot as well as keeping her side hustle of Right Now Communications going. Can’t wait to see what’s up her sleeve. Well Dunne! Brenda.
